Before you head out on a cycle, it is your responsibility to make sure you have the following:
- Fully road-worthy bike.
- Hard-shell Helmet must be worn at all times
- Puncture repair kit
- Tyre Levers
- Pump / C02 inflator
- 1 or 2 spare tubes and the understanding on how to change your tube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qLO_HO0kEjs)
- A smile!
- Mobile phone charged, in case you need to dial for assistance.
- Mudguard (in Winter or rainy conditions)
