The attached constitution of Dungarvan Cycling Club was adopted back in 1997 and remains in force. It is published here by way of reference. Amendments were added at the 2015 & 2021 AGM, by in excess of two-thirds of those present.
Please note that within the document there is a subsection mentioning that the “Constitution will be circulated to each member of the Club. Acceptance of the Constitution is a precondition of membership of the Club.”
The committee is working towards requiring that online membership will take account of intending members being made aware of this. Current members are being circulated via the website, local newspapers, Facebook and email where necessary.
