DCC Group Spins structure is set up as follows but is reviewed as necessary:
Saturdays— One Mixed Group average pace 28/30kph, leaves from Kilrush Filling Station at 09h00 (09h30 in winter). Road Captain Frank Browne.
Sundays– All Groups leave from the Civic Offices at 09h00, 6no Groups details as follows:

Please note that it is advisable to discuss your cycling ability with the road Captains prior to joining a group. The Road Captains are great to advise on suitable groups for all abilities. Or contact any of the Club officers for information and advice.
Generally, the Groups cycle various distances ranging from 50kms to over 100kms on weekly spins and details of spins are published on the club Facebook page every Thursday.
